The authors do an excellent job of identifying and describing the characteristics of leaders and organizations who capitalize on the opportunities presented when disruptions occur. The book also delves into current technological and organizational considerations which should be relevant for the near future, but this should evolve more as time passes. Highly recommended!!! Although it is a practically oriented book and not a romantic love story, it gripped me, and I kept turning the pages until I finished it in one sitting. Apparently, I have to get back to each chapter to follow the provided tools, scenario plannings, frameworks, and checklists.
